Inspired from an early age by the radio, his father’s record collection, and television staples like the Grand Ole Opry, he began singing almost as soon as he could talk. At just nine years old, he taught himself to play guitar by ear, developing his musicianship through determination, careful observation, and countless hours of practice. As a naturally shy person, songwriting became his voice, allowing him to express thoughts and emotions while creating music that inspires audiences to dance, laugh, cry, and smile.
Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, Lewis has built a career centered on authentic country music and heartfelt storytelling. Throughout the years, he has toured with various bands, worked alongside country superstar Blake Shelton, appeared in the George Strait film Pure Country 2, and was featured in Taylor Swift’s music video for “Ours.” Today, he performs regularly throughout the Nashville area at bars, festivals, campgrounds, and live music venues while continuing to write and record original music that reflects his belief in music’s ability to bring people together.
