Marvo The Martian to Drop Highly-Anticipated Single “Show You”

The single release will be accompanied by a music video and exciting film announcement.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Breakout star in the music industry, Marvin “Marvo” Chong, musically known as Marvo the Martian, is set to release his highly anticipated single “Show You” on all major music platforms including Apple Music, Tidal, Spotify, Amazon Music, and more September 22, 2023. Fans are doubly treated as the accompanying music video premieres at 9 PM on the same day.

Born in the DMV, but now calling Los Angeles home, Marvo’s journey began as a professional entertainer at the young age of 6. Over the years, he has transformed into a multi-talented force in the entertainment realm. On the acting front, Marvo has won acclaim for roles such as Cameron Moore in “And One” and Brandon Williams in the smash hit series, “QT”, as well as its spin-off film, “Spawns”.

“Starting from the ground up, and learning to balance music, acting, athletics and becoming a social media influencer hasn’t been the easiest journey, but I know I’m destined for greatness.”

Transitioning between screens and sound booths, when it comes to music, Marvo’s voice has reverberated from coast to coast. Tracks like his debut “As I Lay” and the contagious “Too Turnt Up” set the tone while he was still navigating middle school. At 19, he’s already back in the studio, gearing up for an EP that promises hits like “Show You,” “Searching” and “Sad Case”.

The “Show You” music video, executive produced by Marvo himself, written and directed by Tamieka Briscoe, with cinematography and editing by Babyfacejay (Black Galaxy Productions), boasts of a star-studded cast including up-and-coming actress Jayda Johnson-Hayes portraying the dutiful best friend Zora, actress/rapper Ami Miller, as the captivating Nina, and actor Lawrence Locke, embodying the role of music mogul Jaquan.

But that’s not all. Adding another feather to his cap, Marvo’s song has inspired a feature film that’s soon to hit production floors in November, with the cast reprising their roles.

While his accolades in the industry continue to stack up, Marvo remains grounded. He’s not just about the stage and screen; he’s also hitting the books as a dedicated college student. Offstage, his creativity spills over into the fashion world with the upcoming rollout of his clothing line that showcases Martian-inspired merchandise.

As Marvo’s star continues its ascendancy, his social media footprint is expanding at an equally impressive rate. With the unwavering support of fans globally, Marvo is undeniably on a trajectory towards his goal of becoming the greatest entertainer ever.

“I want to be the voice of the next generation. I want my music to speak to people, touch hearts and inspire them to dream big and never give up.”

“Show You” drops in just two days. The world better be ready, because Marvo the Martian is about to take over!
