We are proud to announce a partnership with PBS Broadcasting’s local Guam affiliate KGTF Television Channel 12 to include an optional curation of Red Omen – Ed Roman to be selected in a televised PBS Guam/GIFF Select Showcase. This is a fundraising effort to help benefit our non-profit education film programs and community outreach. It gives access to specially curated films for our local viewers outside of our annual Festival. In addition, it provides our submitted independent filmmakers the credentials of both PBS and Guam International Film Festival. Our past programs have included collaborations with Pixar Animation Studios, Pacific Islanders in Communications, the Guam Pacific Daily News (a Gannett company), Warner Bros. Archive and more.
The curated films will be televised locally on PBS Guam KGTF Channel 12 for a duration of one month in either Winter 2019 or Spring 2020 (exact month to be determined).
