CASTLE PINES, CO  – September 9th, 2025 – Charismatic singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist ARGYRO is set to release his brand-new album Glitterati on October 3, 2025 via MTS Records. Pre-sales are now live, with the lead single—the shimmering title track “Glitterati”—available for airplay.

A dazzling nine-song collection, Glitterati showcases Argyro at his most ambitious and intimate. Recorded in Castle Pines, CO, and mixed/mastered by Jesse O’Brien (Denver, CO), the album blends smart pop hooks, intricate musicianship, and undeniable charisma. Damon Wood, the celebrated former guitarist for James Brown, contributes standout guitar work across the record, while Colorado’s own Steve Langemo adds his flair on select tracks, including “The Phenomenon” and “Sangria Night.” The album also features Sean Garnhart on piano/keyboards on “So One of a Kind,” for which he also served as Executive Producer. Rising rap artist Troof makes a dynamic appearance on “The Phenomenon,” giving the record a genre-bending edge.

Pre-order is also now open for “Christmas Cards,” the Apple TV movie starring Argyro aka Scott Argiro. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt30875819/

Argyro—born Scott Argiro in Pittsburgh, seasoned in California, and now based in Colorado—has lived a life steeped in rhythm and reinvention. Known as a “drummer’s drummer” as much as a frontman, he performs nearly every instrument on Glitterati: lead and backing vocals, drums, bass, keyboards, ukulele, auxiliary percussion, and programming. His sound has drawn comparisons to John Mayer, Rob Thomas, Chris Isaak, Robbie Williams, and Vampire Weekend, yet remains distinctly his own.

With credits that span film and television—including placements in projects by acclaimed directors Joel Schumacher and Paul Lieberstein—Argyro is no stranger to the spotlight. Beyond music, he is a seasoned actor whose résumé includes national TV commercials, indie features like Death from Above and Pretty Little Things, and starring roles in holiday romantic comedies such as Christmas Cards (Enchanted Valley/Hawk Hill Pictures), which premiered at the European Film Market in Berlin and screened at Cannes.

Still, music remains Argyro’s truest compass. Glitterati isn’t just an album—it’s a vivid soundscape that reflects his wit, warmth, and unrelenting drive. From the swagger of “Cool Shades” and the West Coast shimmer of “She’s So LA” to the lush Beatle-esque closing track “Lifeline,” the record paints with a wide palette of tones and emotions.
