We’ve got BIG news to celebrate this week, as the New Music Weekly country chart for weekending November 20, 2013 has been published: Josey Milner‘s 2nd US single, “Cowgirls” (MTS) is the MOST ADDED SINGLE at NMW reporting stations in its first week of release! The single, which is the follow-up to her debut, “Not Pretty Enough,” (MTS) added 16 stations, besting new singles by Luke Bryan (15), Jason Aldean (12) and CMA Entertainer of the Year, George Strait (9.) Congratulations, Josey!!
Meanwhile releases by our Canadian country artists, Amy Rose and Western Avenue continue to perform well, both adding more than 50 new spins to their totals. Amy Rose picked up 57 new spins for her latest, “Sunshine,” (Wild Rose/MTS) (#65) while WA picked up 69 for “Wherever You Are,” (WA-MTS) which climbed 4 spots to #38!
