“My plan of action for our church is to first meet with our leaders and see how I can assist them, to challenge them to find someone to mentor up alongside of them and then ultimately to begin training others to do the same,” said Briney. I will be doing that in one on one meetings as well as a class I teach called Leadership Greatness.”

Briney continues, “I am excited to be helping our church through this transition time. When we moved to TN, I did not see this happening, but it is interesting to me how God uses the talents, gifts and experiences we have if we just let Him. The next several months for us as a church are going to be a great time of discovery, action and renewal and I’m looking forward to the process.”
