Amy Rose And Doug Briney Are 2013 Independent Country Music Association Award Winners

icoma ar dbMTS Management Group would like to congratulate Amy Rose and Doug Briney on their 2013 Independent Country Music Association (ICoMA) Award wins. Amy was voted as Emerging Artist, and Doug was awarded Best Live Performance” for his rendition of the “National Anthem.” Both were nominated for multiple awards, this year, with Doug receiving a 2012 nomination for Most Promising New Artist. This is the first win for both.

“I am so proud of both Doug and Amy!” Said their manager, Michael Stover of MTS Management Group. “I can’t think of two more deserving artists. It was a real honor, for me, to have three of my artists nominated this year, (Josey Milner was nominated for Most Promising Young Artist) and to have two wind up winning is just a great feeling. I’d like to congratulate all of the nominees and winners.”

Nominations for the awards were submitted by ICoMA members, with the four final ballot nominees selected by an April member vote. The award winners were selected by a final member vote, in June. Other award winners include Darin Warner (Country Male, International Artist,) Ellie May Kay (Country Female) and The Shana Stack Band (Country Band, Group or Duo.)
