MuzicNotez: First off, it’s an honor to be doing this interview with you Erik, thanks for taking the time to sit down with us. What motivated you to start creating music? What age did you begin?
Convulsic: Its funny, I tell everyone about it. I remember being really young and hearing different techno remixes of video games like Zelda or Mario or something and I always wanted to make it. Turns out, Dubstep is where it took me.
MuzicNotez: How did you come up with the name Convulsic?
Convulsic: I wanted something that was different but still easy to find and obviously when people dance to Dubstep, it seems like a Convulsion, but from the business side of things, I wanted it to be search engine friendly, so I thought of a Convulsic Syndrome, hence why my first EP is also called Syndrome. People look up Convulsic Syndrome, they find me!
