Donna Nolan-Wilson from Yahoo News! recently interviewed Doug Briney, before one of his many shows in Nashville. Doug was preparing to performing, and took a few minutes to speak about his veterans donation campaign with his single, “Unknown Soldier.” Here’s an excerpt from their conversation:
Q What do you have going on for the troops?
A “Unknown Soldier,” is coming out May 26th and all of the proceeds from May 26th all the way through Labor Day Weekend, 100% of all profits are going to our Veterans. I am really excited about that. We just finished up the music video for that and it is going to be released the same time.
Q Doug, I want to tell you that is wonderful. I have heard the song and it is a heart-felt touching song.
