Big Concert Announcement: Xander Demos To Open For Symphony X

Breaking Concert Announcement: MTS Management Group is very proud to announce that their very own guitarist extraordinaire, Xander Demos will be opening for progressive metal kings, Symphony X. The show is scheduled for September 12th at Altar Bar in Pittsburgh, PA. Like Xander’s upcoming performance with Adrenaline Mob (featuring Symphony X lead singer, Russel Allen,) and past openers for Buckethead, Dio Disciples, and Uli Jon Roth, this will also be a Drusky Entertainment production. Tickets will be available in advance for $23 at www.steelcityguitar.com, as well as on the Drusky Entertainment website and the Altar Bar box office. “We’re so pleased to have Xander on the bill for another great metal show in Pittsburgh,” says MTS Management Group’s Michael Stover. “The metal fans, and the entire metal community, have been so supportive of Xander and his music. Drusky Entertainment is one of the premiere concert promoters in the country, and I’m so honored that they think so highly of my clients. I can’t wait for this event!”

Symphony X was founded in 1994 by guitarist, Michael Romeo. They are often referred to as one of the best progressive metal bands in the world. The band’s 2011 album Iconoclast attained the highest chart position and the most first-week sales in the band’s history.

Xander Demos is a member of James Rivera’s Sabbath Judas Sabbath (east coast) and fronts his own band, featuring Chris Batton (drums,) Adam Heusey (keys) and Matt Williams (bass.) Xander’s CD, Guitarcadia, was mixed by Cj Snare of Firehouse, and it was released in February.
