Doug Briney Will Guest On WLJT TV’s “Gospel Showcase”

Doug Briney looking downMTS Management Group is happy to announce Doug Briney will perform on an upcoming episode of WLJT TV’s “Gospel Showcase.”  The show will be taped on Friday, April 17, 2015 at First Baptist Church, located at 123 University St., Martin, TN 38237.  Doug is scheduled to perform at 7:40pm.  He will sing songs from his itunes and Roots Music Report-charting albums, as well as his favorite praise and worship songs.  Also on the bill are The Shepherd Family, Renee Allen, Bradford Ministries, The Master’s Four Quartet and Thirty-Wonderful.  The show will air at a later date, on WLJT TV channel 11 in Martin and on the station’s website at

Signed with Tate Music Group, Doug has released two albums, It’s All Country and Super Country Cowboy. He is an Award-winning artist who has toured the country from Alaska to Alabama, winning an Independent Country Music Association Award for Best Live Performance and Best Video at the International Music and Entertainment Association Awards.  He has appeared at CMA Fest, Hard Rock Cafe Nashville, Silver Dollar Saloon, Iditarod (Alaska), and the Alaska State Fair, performing alongside Bobby G. Rice, Georgette Jones, Ashton Shepherd, Billy Yates, Lulu Roman and many others.  He is a Musicians On Call artist, performing for patients in Nashville hospitals.
